2. The distribution of particles. The smoothness of particle surface is related to the quality of toner. The smoother the particle surface is, the smoother the toner surface is. When you shake the toner bottle, you can clearly see that it is in a liquid flow or sliding state.

3. Melting point. That is, when the temperature of the printer is generally 80 degrees, the printing effect is appropriate. If the fixation during copying is not strong when the temperature is higher than 80 degrees, and there is bottom ash on the paper surface after copying; If the temperature is lower than 80 ℃ to 70 ℃, the copied handwriting will be deformed, and paper rolling will occur no matter whether the temperature is too high or too low.
