Why does the printer always show toner exhaustion

This situation is generally a printer counter error, in accordance with the following method of operation can generally solve the problem.

1. Open the front cover of the printer after power on.

2. Next, find the “Clear/Return” button on the panel and press this button.
3. Press the “Clear/Return” button and it will show “Replace Toner Cartridge? ▲Yes▼No”.
4. Then find the “+” key and press it, the screen will show “Accept or not?
5. Accept, find the “Confirm” button and press it, close the front cover.
6. Also need to clear the powder cartridge powder balance counter, first add powder, and then open the front cover after power on.
7. Next, find the “Clear/Return” button on the panel and press this button. After pressing the “Clear/Return” button, it will show “Replace Toner Cartridge? ▲Yes▼No”.
8.Then press the “Start” button, and then press the “+” key 11 times in a row, then the screen will show “11″.
9. Press the “Confirm” button, then press the “Start” button; finally close the front cover.
